Tall M38 gasmask canister in brush painted grey camouflage
New€400.00Textbook blue grey field repainted gasmask. The canister externally features a field applied grey overpaint which is typical for Kriegsmarine and Luftwaffe troops. The canister retains up to 80% of this period repaint, and comes with its period affixed straps which is damaged on one end but complete. The canister retains its original mask and is nicely named Gefreiter Walter Rieth which could be a nice base for further research!

The canister is wartime repainted in a light grey green colour which is in my opinion typical for Kriegsmarine and Luftwaffe personnel. I have photographed it next to a short M38 canister to illustrate the colour difference. The canister retains up to 95% of its original paint. The mask is a typical M30 example in good used condition. Inside the canister the spare lenses, spring and cleaning cloth are still present. A very nice example in top condition that would be very hard to upgrade!

New€550.00Beautiful short M38 gasmask canister in spray painted blue grey camouflage. This is a very nice pre war short canister in excellent condition dated 1937. The canister retains spare lenses and a very nice A1B gasmask with a 1937 dated filter. The straps are original to the canister. The short strap looks to be marked. The long rayon strap has a leather end point and has one period repair. On top of the pre war green paint there is a neatly period spray painted blue grey camouflage finish typical for Luftwaffe troops. The blue paint shows the green underneath at some spots and is also covered with large hand applied field grey spots as camouflage. The gasmask is a excellent example retaining up to 90% of its original paint and would be very hard to upgrade!

The lens container shows a wartime name label named Soldat Otto Hoffmann, Sanitäts-Ersatz- und Ausbildungs-Abteilung 5. A very rare example in excellent condition that would be very hard to upgrade!

This type of breadbag manufactured out of olive coloured fabric which still features typical pre war details such as leather reinforcements on the loops and aluminium hardware is sometimes referred to as an M40 breadbag. The breadbag features nice pebbled leather details. The breadbag is nicely dated 1941. Textbook example!

Tall M38 gasmask canister in two tone camouflage named Uffz. Janhsen
€2,200.00M38 gasmask in three tone brush applied camouflage named Unteroffizier Janhsen in very good condition. The gasmask is in a typical three-tone camouflage finish typical for this very specific unit(!). Trough the least 8 years I have seen two of this exact camouflage pattern with this Feldpost number. The lid of the spare lens compartment is marked L50830 indicating 9. Batterie Batterie Fallschirm-Flak-Regiment 12. This unit was stationed under the II. Fallschirm-Korps and was stationed in St. Lô during D-Day. This unit followed the Korps on the western front until in 1945 it moved to the eastern front. When The canister and its mask are both named Uffz Janhsen. A very nice original camouflage gasmask case with a very good base for further research into the unit!

Rare M31 breadbag manufactured with British webbing in Litzmannstadt
€225.00Very nice “tropical” M31 breadbag in good condition. This breadbag is most likely made in the Ghetto of Lodz, Poland which the Germans renamed into “Litzmannstadt”. They are made using parts of captured British equipment items. These British equipment items where left in 1940 when the (BEF) British Expeditionary Force evacuated to the United Kingdom. The Germans sent this British equipment to Litzmannstadt for recycling and a lot of work was put in disassembling every British equipment piece and recycling the individual parts into German army equipment. Y-straps, A-frames and rucksacks are a few of the items made in Litzmannstadt. Very nice original M31 breadbag!

The Deckungswinkelmesser is nicely marked dhq which is a late war code which indicates production by J.D. Möller G.m.b.H., Wedel. This small device was designed to calculate distances and hight differences in terrain. This tool was one of the few real army (Wehrmacht) issued pieces, and is hard to find in good working condition!

The Kartenwinkelmesser is nicely marked cme which indicates production by Gebr. Wichmann. These where used to read angles on maps in a 6400 mills scale. Perfect example!
