Rare Belgian made Luftwaffe belt buckle
€1,250.00Rare Flemish made Luftwaffe belt buckle in excellent condition. This is a typical but extremely rare Belgian made example. The buckle is a typical Belgian product with its base material in Zinc and the typical large prong bar retaining stud which is bigger then the well known Rodo variants. The buckle retains its typical catch which is made from metal wire, soldered to the base. Unlike the few other Belgian made variants I have seen this example is factory finished in blue paint in stead of the usual silver paint finish. These buckles were also used by the Belgian factory guards and NSKK members. This is a very hard buckle to find, and probably unique with its original blue paint finish!
