HKP64 Luftwaffe camouflage helmet
A nice two tone luftwaffe camouflage helmet in very good condition. The helmet retains up to 85% of its original two-tone camouflage paint. On the left side of the helmet the Luftwaffe decal can clearly be seen through the camouflage paint. Interesting to see is that this late war helmet has been made on a “monday morning” and has the rivet and vent holes misaligned by a few centimeters. The helmets shell is a nice size 64 with its original size 57 liner. The helmet is full of character and patina. A great camouflage helmet priced competitively!

Battle damaged M35 SE64 double decal field repaint helmet
A nice and typical example of a battle damaged M35 helmet. The helmet is a standard apple green double decal M35 Heer helmet with a field repaint typical for the 1940 campaign. The helmet retains 99% of its original camouflage paint which covers the thricolor decal but leaves the eagle bare to the eye. The helmet is marked SE64 indicating production by Sächsische Emaillier und Stanzwerke A.G. The helmet retains its original liner and chinstrap which are original to the helmet. On the top of the dome a large hole can be seen that was most probably inflicted by a bullet coming from the front. The hole surely seriously wounded anyone wearing the helmet at that time and the light blood staining in the leather shows this. The liner is nicely named K. Hefner. A very nice battle damaged M35 helmet in great – as found – condition!

Minty M40 Heer tunic with factory sewn insignia
A stunning Heer M40 EM Feldbluse in unissued condition. The green Einheitslitzen are period factory sewn to the collar. The breast eagle is period factory machine sewn on the top, flipped and finished by hand. The picture coming after the breast eagle shot shows the stitch line, underneath the lining. The garment was most probably kept for walking out and has only one modification that is that the buttons on the front have all been moved one or two cm. This was most probably done because the soldier became well-fed. There is one cut in the right top pocket which is less visible in real life. This is really a stunning and textbook EM M40 tunic in mint condition that would be very hard to upgrade!

Waffen-SS Soldbuch SS-Unterscharführer Gerhard Schmitz, Panzergrenadier Regiment 2 LSSAH
€1,600.00Soldbuch to SS-Unterscharführer Gerhard Schmitz from Hildesheim. His dogtag is marked 6.SS-Pi.St. indicating 6. SS Pionier Sturmbann. This indicates he was already in service in 1940 or earlier. It seems he lost his Soldbuch or it wasn’t readable any more at some point because most notes are later in the war. He served with SS-Panzergrenadier Regiment which fell under the 1. SS Panzerdivision Leibstandarte Adolf Hitler. He had a set of cartridge pouches and a bayonet frog indicating he was most probably armed with a K98.
He was wounded numerous times by shrapnel in 1940, 1941, 1942 and 1945. On 12 Mai 1945 he was entered at Kriegslazarett 930 which was located in Mattighofen in Austria.
He was awarded the Verwundetenabzeichen in Schwarz, Infanterie Sturmabzeichen in Silber and the KVK II Klasse with swords. Considering his line of service he must have had whitnessed most of the important battles of the Division including the Ardennes offensive and the end of the war in Austria. A nice soldbuch which could be a nice base for further research!

Stunning battle-damaged M35 double decal heer helmet
A stunning double decal army or Heer helmet in been-there, battle damaged condition. This helmet was produced in 1938 as the date in the Liner suggests. Both decals are still in very nice condition and the camouflage paint was neatly painted around it during the war. The helmet was worn a lot and received a extra layer of thick camouflage paint often referred to as Rautarn. The helmet has a wartime battle damage on the top. Most likely a explosion was near the helmet which cracked the shell. Most likely due to this explosion the rear liner pin was replaced at some point with a original split pin. Other then this the helmet is “untouched”. The Liner and chinstrap belong with the helmet and the buckle of the chinstrap has a drop of the green camouflage paint on it.
A stunning ‘killer’ lid which would be hard to replace!

Minty Heer M36 Infantry EM field blouse
Stunning EM M36 field blouse in unissued condition. The garment features its full length skirt, sleeves and waist. The wool still retains 99% of its original nap and would easily be classed as mint. On the left breast pocket a single set of loops is present for a Infanteriesturmabzeichen. The tunic has a nice early and numbered set of M36 white, wool piped infantry shoulder straps. Although the insignia are in my opinion restored this is still a very nice garment in near mint condition and very hard to upgrade. Perfect for a May 1940 display!
