€150.00Black mapcase marked 0/0295/0105, named US Sgt 943 Field Artillery Batallion which was attatched to the first XX corps Artillery unit in the war to fire directly under Corps Artillery control. On the 12th of August 1944 it fired in support of the 3rd Cavalry group with the 80th infantry division toward Carrouges and Evron. More information here. The mapcase was taken as a souvenir to this unit. Several names inside give a number of research opportunities. Nice piece!

Tan MG34 u. MG42 ammunition case
€150.00A very nice tan camouflaged ammunition box for the MG34 and MG42. As the Germans occupied Czechoslovakia they took over most of their military stocks including weapons and equipment. This box for the Czech ZB 37 machine gun or MG 37 (t) originally had a slope welded inside to stack the ZB ammunition properly. This slope was removed by the Germans and the leftover holes filled in prior to a tan repaint. A rare box to encounter in very good condition with most of the wartime tan camouflage!

Modified ammunition drum for the Zwillingslafette MG34
€150.00Modified ammunition case for the MG34 Zwillinglafette. The drum is in very good condition with up to 90% of the original paint still present. These ammunition drums are often found with a late war modification because the Zwillingslafette was not really used that much. With this modification the mounts for the Lafette were removed with a saw. This happened to hundreds if not thousands of these cases. Removing the hooks left a piece of bare unpainted metal which ofcourse in true German fashion was swiftly often covered in tan paint.

A great early buckle with 85% of its factory paint remaining. Most of these aluminium buckles are very worn down and have little to no paint remaining. Rare to find in this uncleaned condition with most of its paint remaining!

Named 1944 dated Zeltbahn on overprint cloth
A nice late war 3 panel construction “overprint” Zeltbahn. The base cloth of the zeltbahn has been printed in a different print prior to the application of the Splittertarn pattern. This pattern cane seen throughout the Zeltbahn but ont on the edges. This can be repurposed foreign or civilian cloth or a late war carbon overprint variant to camouflage against infra red. The former soldier Artur Raabe wrote his name on this piece 3 times. The zeltbahn is also marked RBNr. 0/0591/001 and dated 1944.
A very nice zeltbahn for the specialized collector!

The Zeltbahn is in very nice but lightly used condition. This type with the Italian bakelite buttons is a rare model. The colours are nice and vibrant and the Zeltbahn still retains its original ropes.

A nice prewar RZM marked tornister executed in field gray canvas. The Tornister is nicely named to Arpad Molnar. These Tornisters where used by all sorts of political organizations but also by the SS-VT in 1940.

A nice original German cavalry saddlebag or Packtasche 34 complete with all straps. These packs where hung on the saddle and worn on the back when dismounted. It was the cavalrists rucksack. The pack is in great supple condition and is made from quality leather. Hard to upgrade imo!

These buckles where made alter in the war and finished exactly like the unmarked Waffen-SS buckles by Overhoff. The catch on the buckle is bent, other then that it is a rare variant in very good condition with 100% of the original silver paint remaining!
