Untouched bleached first pattern Heer EM tropical tunic
A textbook untouched and bleached early EM tunic for a member of the Afrikakorps. The tunic is a first pattern example with wartime factory sewn Litzen in strong worn condition. The garment is extremely sun bleached to nearly white due to long extensive wear in the African sun which is a typical feature for these been there garments. The breast eagle is resewn to the garment but it is a authentic example with the same patina. The Litzen are straight machine sewn with handsewn ends. The garment is a nice medium size fitting mist modern mannequins. As most of the members of the Afrikakorps capitulated in 1943, only very little original early garments remain in collections today. A stunning textbook bleached first pattern example in strong combat worn condition that is the pinnacle for Afrikakorps collectors.

Rare late Waffen-SS Erbsentarn pattern Panzer trousers in smooth cotton marked 393
Extremely scarce original Waffen-SS Panzer crew member trousers in smooth Erbsentarn camouflage fabric. One of a handful known in the collector community; this is the pinnacle of collecting camouflage items of the utmost rarity. The trousers are in very good, IMO lightly worn condition. The garment retains all but one factory sewn buttons. There is a small period handsewn repair to the back of the seat, otherwise it’s undamaged. Both leg tie straps are intact as is the internal belt and the inside pockets. The trousers are in a good, medium to large size fitting most modern sized mannequins. The garment is marked 393 which is the only known maker for these trousers in this material and a typical Waffen-SS manufacturer code. There are some light paint stains on the trousers which don’t distract too much of the vibrant and contrast-filled colours of the Erbsentarn pattern used in the construction for these trousers. A rare opportunity to purchase real Waffen-SS camouflage Panzer trousers in smooth(!) material!
I usually don’t post items to the top; but this one deserves a spot next to the Black SS Panzer wrapper!
