€45.00Original deathcard to Xaver Linder, Killed in action 12.11.1944 in the Vosges, France. Linder was a Stabsgefreiter in a Gebirgsjäger regiment, awarded the Kriegsverdienstkzeus, Infanterie Sturmabzeichen, Ostmedaille and a Rumanian award. His remains are buried in Andilly.

A card of 24 Blaugrau uniform buttons dated 1943
Original 1943 dated “blaugrau” buttons for Heer, Luftwaffe and SS. In 1943 a new “einheitsfarbe” meaning colour for all branches was introduced and used on all garments. This was never fully implemented but a large portion of the M43 and most if not all M44 tunics received these. From that date onwards “Graublau” was the new textbook colour for pebbled buttons on uniforms. These can be seen on original m42, m43 and m44 tunics, mantels and caps. Also the M43 tropical uniforms and Fliegerblusen featured these!

General purpose dust goggles or “Umbral” goggles as patented and produced by Carl Zeiss, Jena. The construction of the goggles indicate that it’s late war production. The goggles itself are made out of a grayish coloured leather and are undamaged.

Typical wartime “Knijpkat” torch. These flashlights where made utilizing forced labour from Konzentrationslager Herzogenbusch. Unlike most of the wartime used flashlights the knijhpkat doesn’t have a battery but uses a small internal dynamo. The mechanism is still in great condition and the torch still works!

Very nice and interesting mid to late war production breadbag strap. The leather reinforcements around the carbine hooks is made out of square formed leather pieces, normally this square reinforcement is only encountered on tropical breadbag straps! Excellent example!

I have gotten the opportunity to obtain a bundle of 24 unissued, mid to late war textbook M1 bandoleers. They are all of one type; with the long strap made out of flat cotton, sewn double. Not a hbt woven piece of webbing, which is a rare variant. Here’s a chance to obtain a variant bandoleer, in unissued condition. The price is for one piece, but you can add multiple in your order.
