Waffen SS

Excellent 3rd pattern Luftwaffe navigation disc or Dreieckrechner DR3 Tp. This example is nicely marked FL. 23 825, gwr, Jan. 1944. The 3 letter code gwr indicates production by an unknown manufacturer in January 1944. This is the rare 3rd pattern which is made out of yellow tinted illuminating synthetic resin material for clear view at night flying and/or low visibility, same idea as with the Luftwaffe issued flight maps. These navigation computers were used by Luftwaffe pilots in almost every German aircraft such as the Me109, Fw190, Me262, He-111, Do-217, Ju-88 and almost all others! Excellent and very rare Dreieckrechner DR3 Tp in very good condition which would be hard to upgrade!

Rare Gebirgsjäger issue rucksack Tauern Sack dated 1939 in good used condition. These rucksacks are more then often civilian examples but this is a military issued piece. Inside it is nicely maker marked Hans Deuter, Augsburg 1939. Next to this is a depot marking RAD BA M/L 2. 40. which in theory is a RAD clothing and equipment depot but I have seen several Heer M36 field blouses with the RADBAS depot marking. The rucksack is in good used condition, and, as far, is the only issued example I have ever seen! Rare example for the GBJ collector!

Textbook Luftwaffe breadbag strap in unissued condition. The price is for one, all are in similar unused condition!

Clear mapcase insert in good used condition. These where issued with map cases and used to keep maps dry in the rain and folded on the right place. These where also used to draw on to the smooth transparent surface to keep the maps unmarked. This example is nicely marked R. Erhardt, Poessneck 1936.Clear mapcase insert in good used condition.
