Excellent “tropical” M31 canteen with webbing straps. The aluminium flask itself and the cover are both nicely marked W.W.E. 42 which indicates production by W. Wagner GmbH, Esslingen in 1941. This is one of the rarer makers to encounter when you collect canteens! Stunning M31 canteen in very good condition by a rare maker!

Textbook late war M42 canteen in very good condition. The canteen is a typical late war example with a rough wool cover and mixed pebbled and smooth leather on the straps. The green painted flask is nicely marked kvu which is the late war replacement for RFI which indicates production by Rudolf Fissler KG, Idar-Oberstein in 1944. The cup is matching to the canteen and nicely marked RFI 43 which indicates its most probable production very early in 1944. The canteen is in unissued condition and would be very hard to upgrade!

Excellent late war produced M42 canteen in configuration with black phenolic cup marked 3X S. This canteen comes in a rare and interesting configuration with a riveted cover. The flask is a typical late war steel enameled type covered with rough green paint based on the steel M42 pattern canteens. The flask is marked AEMA which indicates production by Annweiler Email-u.Metall-Werke in 1943. Excellent and rare to find canteen!

M42 Feldflasche by AEMA indicating production by Annweiler Email-u.Metall-Werke, Annweil. The canteen is a late war (M42) type with a enameled steel body and cup. The cup is the last model without the handles and solely a small loop for the strap. The black leather strap is a two piece M42 type with a buckle without roller. The cover is made out of gaberdine and has 3, not 4, press studs. The canteen is in good used condition. Possibly one of the rarest canteens to find!

M42 canteen marked GNL 43 in very condition. This is one of the rarer manufacturers to find and complete with its matching GNL 43 cup!

Textbook M31 (Alum.) large capacity canteen or 1L Labeflasche in very good condition. The canteen is nicely multiple times marked C&CW 43 which indicates production by Colsmann & Co, Werdohl in 1943. The canteen comes in the textbook configuration with its original bakelite drinking cup and webbing straps.

M31 medical canteen marked DMN 42 which indicates production by Deutsche Metallwerke AG, Neustadt. Nice piece in unissued condition!

M31 medical canteen marked CFL 41 indicating production by Carl Feldhaus Aluminium-und Metallwerke, Lüdenscheid. The canteen is a excellent example with phenolic resin cup marked gfc 1941. Nice example!

Textbook M31 pattern canteen in excellent condition. The canteen is nicely marked ESB 38/39 which indicates production by Eduard Sommerfeld, Berlin, the difference in years is the result of a factory mismatch made in January 1939. The strap is marked Deutsches Rotes Kreuz Kreisstelle Kassel-StadtThe canteen is simply in good complete condition and would be hard to upgrade!
