German military issue wristwatch or Dienstuhr
Typical issue wristwatch in good used condition. The watch is marked EDO anti magnetic Wasserdicht Incabloc and DH on the back. The watch is serialized D028687H (Dienstuhr Heer). The wristwatch is a typical Wehrmacht issue, not private purchase piece. I tested the watch and after 6 hours it still kept the time. It’s not a watch destined for daily wear, but it’s a nice detail that it still winds and holds the time to some extent. The watch still carries its original supple period strap which are mostly replaced, removed or simply damaged. A real Dienstuhr can be the finishing touch on a mannequin!
