  • Q64 M35 Luftwaffe decal three-tone camouflage helmet

    Classic original M35 Luftwaffe double decal three-tone ‘normandy’ camouflage helmet. The helmet is maker marked Q64 indicating production by Quist in the Shellsize 64. The helmet is a nice pre war double decal M35 Luftwaffe helmet with both decals intact under the paint and peaking through. The helmet is topped off with a classic three-tone camouflage scheme with nice vibrant colours. The helmet was originally found in the woodwork in Amsterdam, the Netherlands about 10 years ago. The helmet retains its factory installed liner and textbook chocolate brown chinstrap dated 1938. The helmet is a beautiful and textbook Luftwaffe three-tone helmet in great condition that would be very hard to upgrade!

The cover is photographed on a size 64 shell but with some patience also fits a size 66 M40. The size 2 is marked on the auttumn size. The cover is in very good used condition and unlike many “mint” oak covers flooding the market today – this is a actually worn piece with loads of patina that is very hard to find.

The binoculars retain their original tan paint up to 90% and are in very good condition. The binoculars are marked CAG indicating production by Swarovski. Hard to find a pair with this amount of paint. The leather strap and lens cover are original to the binoculars and have the textbook tan painted studs.

    Extremely scarce Dutch collaboration visor for the Landstorm. The cap is a nice lightly worn example with period sewn insignia. The cap is a typical Dutch construction with coarse wool and typical Dutch coarse made embroided insignia. The cap is a typical EM/NCO example modeled after the Waffen-SS model with a black band in the centre with black backed insignia and a leather visor strap. The flaming bomb insignia is typical for the Landstorm. The buttons on the side are typical Dutch examples with embossed lions. It’s also possible this cap was worn by someone in SS-Wachbataillon Nordwest. The visor is a extremely scarce piece that would perfectly fit in any Dutch collaboration collection!

The garment is a medium size fitting most modern mannequins and comes with a nice set of M44 pattern Panzergrenadier shoulder straps.

    Superb and unissued late war Fallschirmjäger smock in stone mint condition. The smock is a textbook late war example as used and issued for the Ardennes offensive. The smock is a typical late war example executed in thin material. This Fallschirmjäger smock was never issued. The breasteagle is period factory sewn to the smock, not through the breast pocket. The smock is a large size easily fitting most if not all mannequins. This piece really is superb and would be very hard to upgrade.

  • Published Waffen-SS helmet with original oak leaf cover with Normandy provenance

    Superb and surely stunning original Waffen-SS helmet with the original Waffen-SS oakleaf cover it was found with in the 1976 in a farm in BarbonneFayel, France which is the sector of 17. SS Panzerdivision Götz von Berlichingen. The helmet and its cover both show the same wear, patina and the cover surely is a exact fit. The cover retains the shape without the helmet and the helmet or its cover have not been cleaned after the find. The cover is a textbook oakleaf example with anodized aluminum hooks finished with single needle sewing machine. The helmet is a textbook Q66 marked example indicating production by Quist. The skirt of the helmet retains a scratched name. The helmet retains its original Quist Waffen-SS decal up to 70%. The helmets shell shows imprint of the cover and the hooks. The helmet cover was published in Militaria Magazine’s famous issue about the SS-Hitlerjugend in august 1988. One can find a SS helmet and or a cover; but finding a original set that has always been together is near impossible. A real conversation piece that would be a nice base for further research!

The liner is the mid war steel type with dark grey padding material. The helmet retains all 4 of its original early type vented bolts and their nuts. Excellent Fallschirmjäger helmet in great condition!
