Heer/Luftwaffe hooded ’43 Sumpftarn sniper smock with face veil
New€2,500.00Heer/Luftwaffe hooded ’43 Sumpftarn sniper smock with face veil in good condition. Nice, large sized example in the more desirable ’43 ‘hard edged’ Sumpftarn camouflage. The smock is in otherwise in excellent condition and complete with its original face veil. Hard to find example!

Waffen-SS M42 smock in oak leaf camouflage pattern
New€5,000.00Rare original Waffen-SS camouflage smock in oak leaf pattern. The smock is a textbook early M42 pattern smock made in oak leaf camouflage material. The smock is in good used condition but it has been modified at some point. Along the opening of the neck there is a cut that goes all the way down to the lower seam of the smock. This was a wartime modification where at some point a zipper was added which seems to be a common wartime modification. After the war the zipper was removed and the front of the smock was closed again. This repair is neatly executed and if you would not be aware of it at first would be hard to see when displayed on a mannequin! The smock is otherwise in good condition, one repair on the sleeve, otherwise a excellent original Waffen-SS camouflage smock for a competitive price!

US M1938 ‘Parsons’ field jacket named Schulz
New€475.00Rare original US M1938 parsons jacket with pocket flaps. One of the rarer to find garments this is the predecessor of the M1941 field jacket. US M1938 ‘Parsons’ field jacket named Schulz and laundry codes; 7846C-68 and 353 C 21373. The jacket is a very nice example in my opinion only lightly worn condition. The garment is a nice medium to large size. The garment has all originally sewn buttons and factory sewn zipper. Normally the Parsons jackets come without epaulettes but this example looks to have them integrally sewn into the garment. This in my opinion possibly a period made privately purchased example made by Bancroft. The jacket is in very good condition and is in my opinion one of the rarer US army issue garments to find!

Soldbuch and document grouping to SS-Gren. Leopold, SS-Panzerdivision Hohenstaufen
NewSoldbuch and document grouping to SS-Grenadier Leopold Schultheis serving with Divisions Stab 9. SS-Panzer Division Hohenstaufen. Before enlisting with the Waffen-SS he was a member of the SA as a SA-Rottenführer, and member of the DAF, NSN and NSDAP. He enlisted with the Waffen-SS 11.9.44 and his first field unit was 1. Kompanie SS-Panzer Grenadier Regiment ‘Hohenstaufen’, later to be transferred to Divisions Stab 9. SS Panzerdivision ‘Hohenstaufen’. Considering he joined so early prior to Arnhem it is probable he saw his first action during the Ardennes Offensive.
Interestingly looking at the issued items for Leopold we can see the Tarndrillich and Helmuberzug as well as a K98.
The grouping retains many interesting documents but the most interesting is the Soldbuch complete with the matching Erkennungsmarke.
One of the last notes inside the Soldbuch dates 4.2.45 indicating he probably saw action during the Ardennes offensive and later the Hungary campaign in march 1945 against the Russians. After this campaign the division escaped and retreated to the Western front destroying 80 Russian tanks in the process. We can assume he must have seen both actions because he was taken captive by the Americans and not the Russians. There is a number of POW related documents to point he was held captive in Austria until late 1946 the least. He passed away march 5 1966.
A nice and honest SS-Soldbuch grouping for a interesting unit which should be a nice base for further research and complete with POW papers, Soldbuch ánd Erkennungsmarke!

Rare pre war SS-Verfügungstruppen side speed lace boots
New€2,500.00Rare pre war SS-Verfügungstruppen side lace or speed lace boots in unissued condition. These pre war shoes were the first lowboots issued to SS troops. The boots were still in stock at the time the Sahariana was first issued and was often combined. The boots are a good, medium size and have never been worn. These boots were issued without hobnails but with heel irons. The buildup of the soles, the leather, the heels are all textbook construction. One or two small rivet caps are missing but the side lace system is fully functional and retains its original metal tipped rayon laces. This is a very hard to find pair of boots, in near perfect condition.
