Typical wartime “Knijpkat” torch. These flashlights where made utilizing forced labour from Konzentrationslager Herzogenbusch. Unlike most of the wartime used flashlights the knijhpkat doesn’t have a battery but uses a small internal dynamo. The mechanism is still in great condition and the torch still works!

Nicely marked “32” indicating production by Wilhelm Hobacher. The back of the badge is typical for this maker; Hobacher used loads of soldering attaching their hardware creating large areas of solder on the top and bottom of the back of the badge.

Unique two-dollar bill signed by Jacob E. Miller, Nov 4. 1944 with a Carbine marksmanship badge that I found near Antwerp, Belgium. This most probably came from the infamous ‘Top Hat’ encampment.
