    Gorgeous early M38 gasmask with 1939 dated tall canister. The set is complete with both its short and long carrying straps, Klarscheiben, cleaning spring and cloth and its rubberized gascape pouch! The mask itself is a green canvas variant with green painted aluminium hardware. All parts both on the straps and mask are brass or aluminium which all indicate early production. Textbook early set which would be very hard to upgrade!

  • Rare EF66 M42 Waffen-SS reversed decal volunteer helmet

    Rare EF66 M42 helmet which started it life as a double decal Polizei helmet but was wartime reissued to a ‘reversed’ double decal SS helmet. The helmet retains its factory applied liner and original chinstrap. The liner is unit marked to the SS Handschar division. The helmet is a very rare late war reversed SS double decal example as issued to foreign volunteers. Rare double decal Waffen-SS helmet in good used condition that would be very hard to replace!

    Original cable for the optical reticle lighting for the optics such as the MGZ40. This example has a bakelite connector/connecting hood which is the first time I have ever encountered this! The cable is in good supple condition and is a rare piece to find, especially in good supple condition. Whilst the connecting hood is easy to find, a good supple cable is very hard!

Nicely marked wa indicating production by Waffenfabrik Hugo Schneider AG, Leipzig. The pistol still retains the original red brown grips, wartime finish on the metal and has not been refinished or reissued postwar. The serial is 44275. Very nice example!
