    US Heart shield bible in good condition. These bibles where bought and meant to be carried on the heart to act as a shield. Wether these where really bullet proof could be debated per calibre size; but the fact is these where very popular amongst the troops and often carried in the ETO and PTO. This example features a lot of details of the original owner which makes this a great piece for further research.

    Original K98 bayonet with a large period damage to the top. Probably conceived by a large piece of shrapnel, I don’t want to imagine the damage done to a soldier wearing it.

    Excellent example of a simplified late war leather K98 bayonet frog which are known under the designations M42 frog or Skeleton frog as well. The closing strap is nicely made out of pebbled leather which is a nice detail. Overall great and most likely unissued condition. Only the closing strap has a few tears but is still functional.

  • Wehrpass to Ernst Staubmann KIA Leningrad

    Wehrpass to Ernst Staubmann who started the war in Gebirgsjäger Regiment 139 and was transferred 2.4.1940 to Radfahr battalion 103.  He was promoted to Gefreiter 1.11.41. His Wehrpass photo shows a swastika on his civilian jacket. He fought in the French 1940 campaign and was transferred to the eastern front in 1941. He was killed in action south west of Leningrad/ St Petersburg at Krasnoe Selo.

  • Late war wooden 8cm. Gr. W.34 mortar ammunition box

    Very nice late war produced wooden ammunition box intended for the transport of 3 8cm mortars as used for the Granatwerfer 34. The lid of the box features a lot of ink stencils such as: “Mun. 8cm. Gr. W.34” (Munition 8 Centimeter Granatwerfer 34) which all indicate the contents of the box. Both the original paper labels are still present and clearly states that the original contents were produced in 1944. Complete with both wooden internals which are virtually always missing. Very nice late war wooden ammunition box for 8cm mortars in complete condition with all labels, internals and carrying handle!

  • Late war M31 Heer Splittertarn Zeltbahn with Italian Telo Mimetico camouflage

    Late war Heer M31 Splittertarn Zeltbahn with parts of Italian camouflage in good used condition. Despite the faded colours this example still has very nice and aesthetic characteristics such as the outer line of the Zeltbahn which features an almost reddish colour and the multiple parts of Italian Telo Mimetico camouflage in the construction. All the original applied buttons seem to be carefully removed, the grommets and the ropes are still intact and in place. Nice and interesting example!

    Rare and matching musicians Schwalbennester or swallows nests. These patches where to be worn on the top of the sleeves. The nests are marked Rudolf Vordemberge Militäreffektenfabrik Osnabrück 1940. Rare to find examples with Panzergrenadier green piping.

  • Lightweight Y-strap marked RBNr. 0/0990/0204

    Excellent late war lightweight Y-strap which was intended for usage by the Luftwaffe, Kriegsmarine and Kavallerie (Heer) but later on saw usage by all branches of the German forces. This example is nicely marked RBNr. 0/0990/0204 which indicates a still unknown manufacturer. Excellent example in good used condition!

  • Rare Heer Kavallerie Y-strap

    Rare pair of lightweight Y-straps intended for use by cavalry or Kavallerie troops in a nice dark brown colour. This specific pattern was introduced in 1940 and issued to cavalry troops from then on. These are exactly the same lightweight model as used by the Luftwaffe and Kriegsmarine but feature auxiliary side straps with D-rings and two vertical D-rings on the back to confirm the saddle bag or Packtasche. Rare cavalry Y-strap in combat used and salty condition!

    Excellent Y-strap in very good, most likely unissued condition. The Y-strap is nicely marked RBNr. 0/1001/0236 which indicates production by an unknown manufacturer. Excellent example to complete any Wehrmacht or Waffen-SS combat mannequin!

    Excellent early/pre war textbook example of an M31 Heer Zeltbahn in Splittertarn camouflage. All the original aluminium factory sewn buttons are still present. The Zeltbahn retains nice strong and vivid colours. Nice early most likely around 1940 produced example with strong and vivid colours in great, light used condition!

    Excellent and interesting wooden box with black stencil: Beleuchtung (Lighting). Most likely this box was holding the Stirnlampe or headlamp with some of the accessories! Excellent late war tan painted wooden box in great condition!

    A perfect matching example of a M31 mess kit which is nicely marked L&SL 41 which indicates production by Linnepe & Schiffer, Lüdenscheid in 1941The messkit still retains up not 95% of its factory paint. Hard to find mess kit in great condition!

    Excellent early pattern tropical webbing belt. This is the second pattern with webbing tab and sewn adjustment holes. These are hard to find and extremely desirable. The belt is a nice size 100 which will fit all modern mannequins! Excellent example which would be hard to upgrade!

  • US M1943 jacket size 36R

    US army issue M1943 field jacket in strong used condition in the size 36R. The label clearly reads Goldman-Nasher Co. Inc., Sept. 12 1944. 

     

  • Late war FF33 Field telephone marked prx 1944 and “ark”

    Interesting 1945 dated ff33 field phone which features steel hardware finished with blaugrau paint. The FF33 is marked prx 1944 which indicates production by Heliowatt Elektrizitäts AG, Werk Schweidnitz/Schlesien. It is also features an white coloured ink stamp “ark” which is an abbreviation for Arktisch which indicates the field telephone is designed so it can be used arctic climates. The overall design of the field phone is a late war variant, blue paint and bakelite connection points for outgoing lines which were pre 1944 still made out of metal. A truly rare late war field phone in used but good condition!

    Note: The field phone appears to be in good shape and is complete with all the necessary parts to use it including the battery box which is mostly broken or missing. I have not opened or tested the field phone!

    Textbook US Compass with its original impregnated pouch. The compass is made by Superior Magneto Corp. and is still fully functional. The carrying hook was removed at some point indicating the pouch was most probably carried on the suspenders!

  • Coconut canteen marked HRE 43

    Textbook 1943 dated coconut canteen in good used condition. This is the variant with the typical webbing closing buckle which is in textbook configuration with the steel HRE marked cup! The canteen is nicely marked HRE 43 which indicates production by Heinrich Ritter, Esslingen in 1943. The brown neck strap which keeps the webbing harness in place seems to be replaced at some point, most likely done wartime. Excellent and textbook coconut canteen in good used condition!

  • Pair of issue felt winter boots

    A combat used pair of mid to late war felt boots or Filzstiefel in pretty hard used but usable condition. Typical eastern front footwear worn and issued with the reversible, non reversible and Charkov parkas. The pair is a nice large size which will most likely fit all  of the modern sized mannequins. The felt issued boots are in great, and combat used condition which would look perfect on a mannequin in an eastern front display!

  • Unissued pair of issue guard boots or Wachstiefel marked Herm. Müller 1943

    Excellent pair of felt overboots or Wachstiefel with a wooden sole which was intended for use by guards which had to keep guard for several hours straight in arctic temperatures. These type of boots were widely used on the eastern front, mostly issued with Charkov parkas. The pair is a nice large size 31 which translates roughly to a modern EU 44. Both boots are nicely marked Herm. Müller, Hariha I. Sa. 1943. The pair is in unissued and close to mint condition which would look perfect on an eastern front mannequin!

     

  • MG34 and MG42 barrel changing mitt

    Excellent changing mitt/pad which has been invented and issued with the MG34 / MG42 tool pouch for changing the overheated barrels of the machine guns. This example is in very good condition and is very hard to find as a spare to complete the tool pouch!

    Mint condition, most likely unissued reversible Splittertarn parka trousers or Wendehose suspenders. Textbook reversible example which would be a perfect addition to a set of reversible Splittertarn parka trousers!

    Nice original steel battery box for the MGZ and other different optic lighting in good used condition. The box retains its factor tan paint but it seems that at some point it was converted for a different battery type.

    Original cable for the optical reticle lighting for the optics such as the MGZ40. The cable is in good supple condition and is a rare piece to find, especially in good supple condition. Whilst the connecting hood is easy to find, a good supple cable is very hard! The cable came out of Finnish army stores hence it was marked SA.

The bag is beautifully named Matter with a black coloured Kopiërstift which was often used to name or mark equipment. The bag features interesting details with a mixture of materials and stitching, very nice A-frame bag in great condition!

    Soldbuch to Heumar Schreiber, serving in Flakbatterie zbv Marienfelde at Berlin in 1945. Schreiber first served in 223 Infanterie Division and he was awarded the Eisernes Kreuz II Klasse, Infanterie Sturmabzeichen, Verwundetenabzeichen in Schwarz and the Ostmedaille. Interesting Soldbuch that would be a nice base for further research!
