Textbook brown leather issue double claw or Zweidornkoppel in very good condition. The belt is in beautiful brown leather with functional buckle and loop. The belt is nicely marked and sized 90-105 which is a perfect mannequin size.

Very nice and rare BAGS WATERPROOF DOUBLE TEXT GENERAL PURPOSE TYPE 1 .

The Bag is a rectangular shaped item made from a double layer of waterproof medium weight olive drab # 3 (khaki) sateen cloth. It features a throat made from a single layer of waterproof sateen, so designed that when drawn shut with the cord provided for this purpose, it is completely waterproof. There is an additional closing strap with square buckle that wraps around the entire bag when filled. Development took place in 1944 and although the authors have never seen any photographs illustrating the item, it can be assumed that such piece of equipment may have been used during Operation “Neptune” along with the series of other Waterproof Bags, Special Purpose (used to protect equipment against rain, spray, and immersion during amphibious operations).
General dimensions are 20“ x 16” x 16” and Quartermaster Corps Stock No. is 24-B-1258.

As the item was produced by the Quartermaster Corps, neither an official Medical Department Item Number nor a contents list exists. However, The Quartermaster Supply Catalog QM 3-4, 1945, describes it as an ALL-PURPOSE Bag, used for carrying miscellaneous equipment such as wool blankets, surgical equipment, dressings etc.

Mint original third pattern US first aid kit that was installed in all combat, cargo, transport, training planes, and gliders at the factory as well as in the E-8, E-11 and E-12 Emergency Sustenance Kits. The kit comes with the partial contents but -as always- is missing the morphine syrettes. These kits can also be seen worn on the belts of glider- and paratroopers.

Textbook British MKII helmet in near mint condition. The helmet retains its typical factory textured paint at 99% with its mint liner marked ‘N’ Limited 6 3/4 1942. The helmet is a great textbook example that would be very hard to upgrade.

A very nice soft-shell P38 holster in mint condition. Marked CXB 4 indicating production by Moll, Lederwarenfabrik, Goch, Rheinland. This soft-shell holster would be very hard to upgrade and is in perfect condition!

Superb and the first compass I see with a unit marking. The compass is a textbook Busch example with its original factory mounted sling. The compass is marked 2./A.R.58 indicating 2. Kompanie Artillerie Regiment 58 which started the war in France and ended in Kurland.

A minty steel Heer belt buckle marked R. Sieper & Sohne Lüdenscheid 1940. The buckle still retains most of its factory green paint. Textbook mint buckle!

Very nice original MG42 ammunition box in its original factory paint. The box most was stored when something in its vicinity was camouflaged and has the typical green paint as used for the three-tone Normandy vehicle camouflage pattern. The box would make a great backdrop in a camouflage display. Must have for the camo collector!

Very nice and stone mint mapcase marked Hans Römer 1940 Neu-Ulm.

A very nice 1940 dated ammunition box with the subtle brown camouflage that is typical for the early equipment and vehicles. The box is complete with all Presstoff handle protectors and with a working hinge and closing latch.

Superb original and stone mint tropical breadbag. Textbook construction without leather and nicely RBNR’rd inside.

A very nice late war blue belt buckle or Einheitskoppelschloss in near mint condition made by Heinrich Arld, Nuernburg. The belt buckle still retains 100% of it’s original factory paint! A very nice Heer belt buckle that would be hard to upgrade!

Nice original bakelite handset for the field phone. This special handset was developed so that the soldier could wear a helmet whilst operating a field phone or radio. Very rare equipment piece!
