Small Luftwaffe knife in good condition. Nice early example, small variant!

Steel Göffel marked G&CL 42 in used condition. Hard to find steel example markd G&CL 42 indicating production by Gerhard & Co., Lüdenscheid in 1941. Nice uncommon example!

Period powdered milk can by Edelweiss Milchwerk K. Hoefelmayr-Kempten Allgau. This is a pre 1943 produced tin that used to contain powdered milk. These canisters were produced for the civilian market but most probably also found their way into the rucksacks of individual soldiers, bunkers or field kitchens. The can is most probably produced in 1943 or 1944 with its expiry dated reading 1945.  These canisters are also shown in the reference book by Jimmy L. Pool, Ruhetag: The Day to Day Life of the German Soldier in WWII, Vol. 1: Health and Hygiene on page 56. Which is a great book for any collector.

This canister is a period example produced prior to 1943. It is important for me to explain that these in no way have anything to do with the elsewhere offered ‘Edelweiss’ toilet paper rolls which are in fact modern fantasy items. The price on the top reads RM indicating Reichsmarks. Every 6 of these canisters are slightly different in height, colour and print. This is a great indication of the authenticity because a modern copy would be fully identical in all forms. You will get the pictured example which was produced in 1941 or 1942 with the expiry date reading 1943. I have found 6 of these canisters in good condition and I think I will not find more. Hard to find original ration item with a great and iconic image!

Original aluminium spoon fork combination or Göffel in very good condition. This is typical WSuCL produced example but unlike 99% of these this example shows little to no use. Nice example! I have three identical examples in stock, the price is for one.

Very nice original cardboard issue box for Margarine. Margarine was rationed daily to all soldiers in the Wehrmacht and stored in the Butterdose. Hard to find ration item!

Very nice typical private purchased map ruler in good condition. This example is made by GKS and this is a type Z planzeiger complete with the rare paper pouch which also describes the other patterns which were available. These planzeigers or map rulers manufactured by GKS are often encountered in untouched mapcases and are a must inside any mapcase!

Nice original Göffel marked GK&F 40 which indicates production by Gebr. kugel & Fink, Lüdenscheid in 1940. The maker Gebr. Kugel & Fink, Lüdenscheid is mainly known for their production of belt buckles but they produced a lot more than just belt buckles!

Very nice period German lighter manufactured by Wifeu. This is a typical item which every German soldier would carry with him in his breadbag or in one of its pockets. The lighters are all in excellent condition and nicely marked on the bottom!

The container is nicely marked amh/K, amh is a 3 letter for the manufacturer which is quite uncommon for bakelite items, K indicates the usage of urea resin (which is a certain type of Bakelite) with an organic filler material. Nice and hard to find example!

Excellent and rare highlight pencils or Krokierstiften by Eberhard Faber in very good condition. These sets of pencils were very popular among officers and NCO’s and other troops which worked with maps. Easy to keep with you and perfect to clarify and mark maps! The case is still in good condition and the labels are still readable. The label clearly reads: “Landkarten-Stifte Nr. 541“. These sets were privately purchased from the manufacturer Eberhard Faber which designed this set together with some other products (such as the Taktik-etui) in a line with products designed for usage within the Wehrmacht (Spezial-Erzeugnisse für die Wehrmacht). This is one of the rarer products to find from the Eberhard Faber product line and this example comes straight out of my personal collection! Belongs in any map-case collection!

Very rare and extremely scarce Eberhard Faber Taktik-Etui Nr. 542 in excellent condition. The pouch misses its original Eberhard Faber content but contains 5 period Renta 1507 propelling pencils which are marked Stadsverwaltung München which are original to the pouch. The pouch is nicely named to Unteroffizier Pütz. These sets were privately purchased from the manufacturer Eberhard Faber which designed this set together with some other products (such as the Krokierstifte) in a line with products designed for usage within the Wehrmacht (Spezial-Erzeugnisse für die Wehrmacht). The pouch itself is designed to be worn on the belt or to be attached to a button on the uniform, the pouch is manufactured from high quality brown coloured leather. Extremely rare set which are very collectible but very hard to encounter, especially in this condition! This set is coming from my own personal collection!

Textbook second pattern brown coloured butterdish in good condition. Sadly the bottom part has a large crack and a few scratched up areas as can be clearly seen in the pictures. This example is manufactured out of a very nice aesthetic brown coloured bakelite. Typical second pattern with fine thread and a gripped bottom and lid. Nice example!

Rare original Kriegsmarine Dienstuhr in good, working condition marked 592 indicating production by Alpina.

Textbook privately purchased field cutlery set marked DRGM indicating Deutsches Reichs Gebrauchs Muster.

Typical wartime “Knijpkat” torch. These flashlights where made utilizing forced labour from Konzentrationslager Herzogenbusch. Unlike most of the wartime used flashlights the “knijpkat” doesn’t have a battery but uses a small internal dynamo. The mechanism is in working condition but sometimes it falters a bit which is not disruptive. The “knijpkat” is in used condition and would look perfect in a display!
