Pre war M31 messkit marked RFI 38/39 Grenadier regiment 877
€175.00Textbook pre war matching M31 messkit in very good, light used condition. The lid is nicely marked RFI 38 and the bottom is marked RFI 39 which in my opinion indicates a piece manufactured by Rudolf Fissler GmbH, Idar-Oberstein in early 1939. The messkit features some nice period personalizations and once belonged to an Unteroffizier in Grenadier Regiment 877 which was a replacement unit for the 6. Armee after Stalingrad. Very nice example!

Unissued M31 messkit marked ESB 42
€175.00Beautiful, unissued and textbook M31 mess kit in almost perfect mint condition. The mess kit has clearly never been used and shows some minor traces of storage. The lid and hinges are all beautifully marked ESB 42 which indicates production by Eduard Sommerfeld, Berlin in 1942. The mess kit retains up to 98% of its original green olive finish and would be very hard to upgrade considering this is a textbook and mint condition piece!

German reissued Italian messkit
€115.00The Italian army messkit (Gavetta Modello 1930) was a commonly seen item within the German army. Prior to re-issue in the German army they where mostly painted green by the Germans. This example came out of a small find in Italy just recently and would be hard to upgrade. I have 10 pieces in stock, they are all in the same unissued condition and would be a great addition to any field gear collection! I will always pick a nice example in the same condition as pictured!

M31 messkit marked SMM35
€235.00Rare 1935 dated M31 messkit marked SMM35 indicating production by Süddeutsche Metallwarenfabrik, Mussbach. The messkit is named several times all over the messkit and has a wartime olive overpaint. For sure one of the earliest examples I’ve seen!
