    Very nice 1940 dated Zeltbahn in near mint condition. The Zeltbahn retains most if not all of its originally sewn buttons and is nicely dated 1940. The Zeltbahn is executed in early Splittertarn pattern on a yellow spotted background. Superb early Zeltbahn complete with a very nice brown equipment strap!

    Hard to upgrade matching bayonet marked clc44  indicating production by Richard Abr. Herder, Solingen. The bayonet is matching to its scabbard with the serial H5278 and has nice clean bakelite grips. The bayonet is in very good uncleaned and matching condition with a original late war skeleton frog.

    Hard to upgrade matching bayonet marked P. Weyersberg 1939 ndicating production by Paul Weyersberg u. Co., Waffenfabrik, Solingen. The bayonet is matching to its scabbard with the serial 3747b and has nice clean bakelite grips. The bayonet is in very good uncleaned, unsharpened and matching (!) condition.

  • Heer Cavalry Y-straps

    Rare pair of period converted lightweight Y-straps for Cavalry use. This model was issued to cavalry troops from 1940 onwards. They are of the same design as the lightweight model as used by the Luftwaffe and Kriegsmarine but feature auxiliary side straps with D-rings and two vertical D-rings on the back. These small changes where made so the saddle bag can be worn on the back. Rare cavalry Y-strap!

    Wehrpass to Schütze Johann Dorrenbach member of Aufklärungsabteilung 116 part of the 116. Panzerdivision Der Windhund. Dorrenbach was awarded the Verwundeten Abzeichen im Schwarz in 1943 with 4. Kompanie Panzer Aufklärungsabteilung 116. He was awarded the Nahkampfspange 1. Stüfe and Algemeines Stürmabzeichen on 12.1.1944 post mortem. He was killed in action 22.9.1943 at Brückenkopf Saporoshe, Lukaschewo, Ukraine and his remains where never found. Wehrpass to a highly decorated Frontkämpfer of the famous 116. Panzerdivision ‘Der Windhund’!

    Stunning original EM Wool shirt ID’d to Staff Sergeant John W. Delehanty, F. Company, 2nd Battalion, 115th Infantry Regiment. He landed and was wounded in action on Dog Red, Omaha Beach on D-day. Very nice shirt with a great history and a great base for further research!

    Nice typical rubberized gas cape pouch with a pressed paper Gasplane dated 1940. The Gasplane is in very good, unissued condition. It might look used but its just dusty and covered in talk powder just how they where issued. In my opinion it could be easily cleaned with a damp cloth if you want a mint appearance.

One of the rarest gascapes to find!

  • German military issue wristwatch or Dienstuhr

    Typical issue wristwatch in good used condition. The watch is marked EDO anti magnetic Wasserdicht Incabloc and DH on the back.The watch is serialized D028687H (Dienstuhr Heer). The wristwatch is a typical Wehrmacht issue, not private purchase piece. I tested the watch and after 6 hours it still kept the time. It’s not a watch destined for daily wear, but it’s a nice detail that it still winds and holds the time to some extent. The watch still carries its original supple period strap which are mostly replaced, removed or simply damaged. A real Dienstuhr can be the finishing touch on a mannequin!

    Very nice original MG42 barrel carrier in its original factory paint. The carrier retains double unit markings 3674 3.A.Kp. 489. The carrier is missing its sling but unlike most of the barrel carriers available it retains its original factory paint.

  • Soldbuch of Schützen Horst Meyer, Gren. Regt. 257 ID Nordwind

    Seyer served with the 466. Grenadier Regiment as part of the 257. Infanterie Division. He was first equipped with a K43 and later with a MP40. His unit attacked in the opening days of the Nordwind offensive in the region of Bitche, France. The 257. ID. broke through the American defenses towards the town of Reyersviller and occupied the hills of Steinkopf, Signalberg and Spitzberg. Seyer’s unit was heavily engaged with the 399th Infantry regiment of the 100th US Infantry division in this sector throughout January 1945. During these battles in harsh winter conditions Seyer was taken off the frontline due to frost bite. He was awarded the Verwundetenabzeichen in Silber on 12.02.1945. A nice Soldbuch which would be a great base of further research.
