Rare wartime barrel changing mitt for the MG34 and MG42. When firing the MG34 and MG42 continuously the German soldiers where presented with a harsh and difficult task: changing the barrel. The MG34 and MG42 where both made with a quick-change barrel and to help in the changing of the barrel these gloves where invented and issued. These gloves where issued with the accessories of the MG34 and MG42. It is simply used by placing the hand under the strap and using the pad to cover your hand when you grab the hot, sometimes even glowing barrel. The barrel is then placed in the Laufschützer to cool down and a cool new barrel is inserted. According to regulations, the barrel had to be changed after 150 rounds fired continuously. Hard to find item!

Nice original Infantry assault badge in silver or Infanterie Sturmabzeichen in Silber. Solid zinc made badge marked L/56 indicating Funcke & Brüninghaus. The badge retains up to 99% of its original finish.

Pre war M31 Kochgeschirr marked FWBN 38 indicating production by F.W. Brockelmann Aluminiumwerk GmbH KG, Neheim/Ruhr. Very nice original messkit with 90% of the original factory paint and original strap. Hard to upgrade early piece.

Minty M31 canteen marked EEF43 indicating production by Ewald Eigenbrod Aluminium-und Metallwarenfabrik, Freiling. Very hard to upgrade mint and matching canteen.

Straight E-tool in used as found condition. Nicely maker marked REX 1943 indicating production by Schwarzwälder Unternehmen der Schmiedetechnik, Baiersbronn – Friedrichstal.

Soldbuch of Franz Öhlinger who served under 12./SS Polizei Regiment 19 and later 4. Pol. Wach-Battl 17 XVII (Wien). The Soldbuch is in good complete condition and comes with picture and many entries. A nice Soldbuch that would be a great base for further research. Öhlinger was awarded the war merits cross second class with swords.

Rare original Waffen-ss sleeve Edelweiß insignia for SS-Gebirgsjäger in uniform removed condition.

Typical mid to late war production in unissued condition. On the bottom of the breadbag is a large number which was painted on the fabric prior to construction. This is probably a factory fabric marking. Nice example!

Textbook tabbed steel Heer belt buckle maker marked and dated C.T.D.1941 and C.T. Dicke Lüdenscheid 1941. Nice less common maker in good used condition.

Not fully matching but obviously worn together shoulderstraps for a Oberfeldwebel der Infanterie. Textbook mid to late war straps with subdued tresse and a nice (unknown) red unit designation.

Textbook flare cleaning rod for the LP34 and LP42. Always missing in the holsters and in good used condition. Nicely maker marked J42.

A very nice set with all the pieces marked 86. These were issued to enlisted men, NCO’s and officers. The set is in good condition and would normally be one of the standard breadbag items!

Very nice original iron cross second class marked 100 indicating production by Rudolf Wächter & Lange, Mittweida.

The buckle is nicely maker marked with RZM M4/72 indicating production by the company Wilhelm Deumer, Lüdenscheid. The buckle is a nice injection molded example in very good condition.

Excellent and matching RG34 marked arr41 indicating production by Braunsweigische Blechwarenfabrik G.m.b.H. The kit is matching with the typical arr type components. The tool and chain are marked ayw1941 but those are exactly as was issued with these kits and have not been added to complete it!

Rare separate sunshields for the ZF41 sniper scope. Hard to find as a spare!
