    Stunning M38 paratrooper helmet marked CKL71 indicating production by Eisenhüttenwerke, Thale. The helmet is a late war type no decal M38 helmet. The helmet retains its originally factory mounted late war liner and chinstrap. The bolts are typical for this type of helmet; two aluminum and two steel. The helmet retains 99% of its original factory Feldgrau textured paint with a nice amount of steel slag. The helmet is a large size 71 shell with a size 60 liner. The liner is marked RBNr. 0/1305/0293The chinstrap is a mid war variant with a friction buckle and working press studs. Simply the best large sized late war M38 paratrooper helmet I have ever had for some time!

    Excellent original first pattern Luftwaffe Felddivision smock in Splittertarn B camouflage. The smock is a nice first pattern with press studs on the sleeves and the Splittertarn B printed on thick and smooth fabric. The breast eagle is a typical original example showing the same patina as the garment but in my opinion restored to the jacket. The garment is a nice large mannequin size and would be a nice base for a combat mannequin!

    A very nice original three-tone or Normandy camouflage gasmask canister. The canister is nicely named to Unterwachtmeister Just. Hofmann Feldpostnr. 48206 b. The canister retains its original camouflage paint up to 75% and is in very nice vibrant condition. The canister still retains the original strap, spare lenses, filter and mask. A classic Normandy camouflage gasmask canister with the typical bright colours that would easily be matched to a Normandy camouflage helmet!

    Later in the war the German vehicle first aid kit or “Verbandkasten” was made out of wood in stead of steel. Most of these don’t have a label on the inside and are executed in field gray paint. This one is in very good condition with over 90% of the period paint remaining. The spray painted letters on the front are very aesthetically pleasing and would nicely compliment a medical display!

    Incredible original German white helmet cover named Gefreiter Trekat. The cover is a superb and original period made example in good used condition with loads of character. The cover is photographed on a size 64 shell but can also be fitted to a larger shell. The cover is made out of two pieces of cotton, handsewn around the edge with reinforced apertures for the chinstrap. The cover is named and unit marked Gefreiter Trekat, 4./I.R. 24. indicating 4. Kompanie Grenadier-Regiment 24. This is a superb and very scarce opportunity to acquire a original white helmet cover for a winter display that would be impossible to upgrade.

    Beautiful Heer officers visor with dark yellow piping for the Kavalerie Regiment Mitte ‘Schwedter Dragoner’. The cap retains its wartime attached insignia with the Schwedter Dragoner in the front. The eagle has been moved approximately 1-2 cm upwards to accommodate with the Schwedter Adler. The cap is a nice medium size and would be very hard to upgrade!

    Excellent shoulderboards for a Generalfeldmarschall der Heer. Textbook first pattern construction with gold and silver bullion in the rare 5 loop variant measuring 11 cm. The batons are the large first pattern style examples measuring 58 mm. The shoulderboards are in good worn condition with some minor mothing underneath the red bases. Very rare original shoulderboards that would be very hard to upgrade, let alone to find another matching pair.

    Rare late war flare ammunition pouch in mint condition. The case is made from blue webbing and comes with its original removable sling. The pouch is complete with all internal dividers and wooden reinforcement. Nicely maker marked and WaA on the side. Quite hard to find a better Luftwaffe one!

    Rare German made holster for the P.37(u) Femaru. The holster is constructed from a mix of webbing and leather. These holsters are sometimes referred to as being tropical issue as these first came at the same time with the webbing equipment. The holster is in very good condition and nicely marked jsd 1941 indicating production by J.Schmalzeder Erben, Dresden. The holster was also used and worn with the P.27(t).

    Death card for Georg Braun, Unteroffizier in leichte Beobachtungs-Abteilung 28 (motorisiert). Braun was killed in action 30-7-1944 in Amaye-sur-Seulles which is next to Villers Bocage. Braun is buried in La Cambe. The deathcard is a very good example of a German soldier killed in action in Normandy. The archive card with further information is not a part of the offering.

    Impressive deathcard of Obergefreiter Georg Rauch who served in an Panzer-Pionier-Bataillon and was awarded with the EK 2 Klasse, Sturmabzeichen, Verwundetenabzeichen and Ostmedaille. Rauch was killed in action during the fierce battles in Angelsdorf. Rauch was a well-decorated man and his photo shows all of his awards.

There is a P and W which was once painted to the front of the legs which has been removed and can barely be seen on a mannequin. The trousers are in size 3 which fits most if not all mannequins. A great set that would nicely fit a combat mannequin!

Otherwise undamaged good condition with strong colours and a good large size!

    A very nice bayonet marked 44 fnj indicating production by Alexander Coppel GmbH (aka Alcoso), Solingen. The bayonet has never been sharpened or reblued. The bayonet is matching to its scabbard with the serial 8985 and has nice red bakelite grips. The bayonet is in exceptional uncleaned, unsharpened and matching (!) condition.

  • Rare Flemish Collaboration visor for the Fabriekswacht and Vlaamse Wachtbrigade

    Beautiful and extremely scarce untouched visor for the Fabriekswacht which was later reformed to the Vlaamse Wachtbrigade. This rare Flemish collaboration paramilitary organization had the task of guarding Luftwaffe airfields and factories who manufactured for the Wehrmacht. The cap is in good condition and retains its originally attached eagle , kokarde and Wolfsangel.  There is a small crack in the visor, otherwise its in perfect condition. The cap was lightly worn and shows a nice patina. Very hard to find cap with period mounted insignia.
