Textbook MG34 u. 42 ammunition case carrying strap or Tragegurt 34 in very good condition. These straps where issued to MG crews and assisted in carrying the MG34 and MG42 ammunition boxes. The material is strong and in very good condition.  These straps are hard to come by and would display nicely with a pair of ammunition boxes or on a MG crew mannequin. Excellent example in good condition!

Leather MG34 sling in good condition. Hard to find!

Rare MG34 u. MG42 ammunition case marked ada 1942 in excellent condition. This is the earliest known Patronenkasten 41 that I have found. The side reads 3:2:1 which is the ammunition composition of tracers and ball ammunition.

Hard to find black Pressstoff MG34 u. MG42 tool pouch with a webbing/rayon closing strap. The pouch is nicely marked fuq 1944 indicating production by Curt Vogel, Cottbuss. The pouch is in very good condition and complete with its original wooden and steel inserts. Excellent example!

Nice original MG34 u. MG42 tool pouch manufactured from leather. Unusual late war leather construction, almost all late war produced MG tool pouches are constructed out of Pressstoff. This example is nicely marked with a gzr 1944 which indicates production by Wöhler & Co. F.O. Lederwarenfabrik, Wuppertal-Barmen in 1944. The pouch is still complete with all internals which are virtually always removed from the pouch. Sadly the D-ring on the back of the pouch is removed. Nice late war leather example in excellent condition.

Textbook late war MG34 u. 42 tool pouch manufactured out of Pressstof and leather in unissued, mint condition. The pouch is a typical late war example manufactured out of Pressstoff and black leather which is typical for this manufacturer. The pouch is nicely marked on the closing strap epf 1944 which indicates production by Königs- u. Bismarckhütte A G’, Huettenwerk Falvahuette in Schwientochlowitz, Kreis Kattowitz. Textbook late war example which would be hard to upgrade!

Rare original MG34 u. MG42 Lafette adjustment and takedown tool or Zapfenschlüssel für Zweilochmutter 11 u. 13. Textbook example marked 97E indicating production by Carl Kirchmann, Heiligenhaus. Very hard to find piece!

Rare wartime barrel changing mitt for the MG34 and MG42. When firing the MG34 and MG42 continuously the German soldiers where presented with a harsh and difficult task: changing the barrel. The MG34 and MG42 where both made with a quick-change barrel and to help in the changing of the barrel these gloves where invented and issued. These gloves where issued with the accessories of the MG34 and MG42. It is simply used by placing the hand under the strap and using the pad to cover your hand when you grab the hot, sometimes even glowing barrel. The barrel is then placed in the Laufschützer to cool down and a cool new barrel is inserted. According to regulations, the barrel had to be changed after 150 rounds fired continuously. Hard to find item!
