    Incredible original German white helmet cover named Gefreiter Trekat. The cover is a superb and original period made example in good used condition with loads of character. The cover is photographed on a size 64 shell but can also be fitted to a larger shell. The cover is made out of two pieces of cotton, handsewn around the edge with reinforced apertures for the chinstrap. The cover is named and unit marked Gefreiter Trekat, 4./I.R. 24. indicating 4. Kompanie Grenadier-Regiment 24. This is a superb and very scarce opportunity to acquire a original white helmet cover for a winter display that would be impossible to upgrade.

The colours are nice, strong and vibrant. The helmet retains its factory fitted liner and chinstrap and is in untouched condition. The helmet is a stunning and textbook example of a three-tone Normandy camouflage helmet in great condition!
