This example is nicely blackened due to regulations as virtually all the pre 1940 manufactured pouches, this example shows almost no wear or damage to the blackening! Very nice pre war example in very good condition.

(Flieger Unterkunft Verwaltung) which indicates this is a specific Luftwaffe issue lantern. The lantern is marked M.W.N. 1941 which indicates production in 1941 by a still unidentified manufacturer. The lantern is in excellent condition without any damages and even still retains some candle wax inside. Perfect example which would be hard to upgrade!
