The grip is in good condition with its wire wrapped tightly around. The button works fine. The blade retains all of its finish and original etchings and would be hard to upgrade. Textbook Kriegsmarine dagger in excellent condition with hammered scabbard!

This tool was used measuring the material prior to riveting. The method for producing a lot of Luftwaffe airplanes was with Sprengnieten; this is a hollow, explosive rivet which was ignited to expand and fasten the rivet. Hard to find tool!

During the D-Day invasion they were sent to Normandy where it fought alongside the 265 Infanterie Division. A portion of the Division fought during operation Cobra and the other secured the town and fortifications of Sainte Nazaire and Lorient. Hard to find original example! with a nice base for further research.
