Unmarked steel Heer belt buckle
Excellent unmarked late war steel Heer belt buckle. The buckle is nicely finished in green paint which is harder to come by than blue paint on these late war examples without the leather tab. The green paint still retains for around 80% and the buckle is in a good light used condition. Nice example that would look great on a late war combat mannequin!

Rare early SS-VT issued equipment belt marked RZM 48/40 SS
Extremely rare and virtually impossible to find early SS-VT issued leather combat belt. These SS-VT issued belts are almost impossible to find because these were produced and issued pre war on a small scale. The belt is nicely marked “RZM 48/40 SS” which indicates that this was an SS-VT issued equipment belt. The maker/RZM code: “RZM 48/40 SS” is unknown and thereby the manufacturer of this belt is unclear. The equipment belt is of typical pre war high quality construction with high quality leather and aluminium hardware. The belt is nicely size marked 95 which would easily fit any modern mannequin but this example would look perfect in a loose display as well! The belt features some pencil writing on the inside: “Byx. B.” which probably indicates a name of the original owner. Excellent and extremely rare SS-VT issued equipment belt in good condition!

The boots retain their very nice bright brown colour which would look perfect on any mannequin. The issue jackboots come in a nice large size 29 1/2 which translates roughly to a modern European size 44+ which would easily fit most if not all modern mannequins! Excellent pair of textbook 1940 dated brown issued jackboots!

It’s a textbook original example of this desirable patch, and remains in excellent condition. The patch measures approximately 10,5cm across and is constructed in the BeVo woven pattern. Excellent piece bought by me, straight from the grandson of a Dutch resistance member who collected ‘souvenirs’ at the end of the war in and around the town of Breda. The lot was acquired by me, straight from the family. A textbook example that was never in a collection before and you would never ever have to doubt the authenticity!

The breast eagle affixed to the breast is in my opinion a period hand sewn example, typical wartime upgrade done by soldiers. Battledress with period sewn 7th Armoured Division Royal Signals insignia
Canadian battledress, as worn by a British soldier serving in the Corps of Royal Signals in the 7th Armoured Division. The jacket is in good, worn condition with wartime sewn insignia. The insignia consist of the flashes of the Corps of Royal Signals and the insignia for the 7th Armoured Division. Army Council Instruction 1207 dated 9.9.44 changed the wording from Royal Corps of Signals to Royal Signals which indicates the sewing of the insignia in September 1944 earliest.
Most probably this garment was worn by a radio operator or despatch rider. The Canadian Battledresses were often worn by British troops as its quality wool was preferred over the British wool. The Battledress is a nice size 10 and would be hard to upgrade. Unlike many Battledresses on the market; this one shows character and actual field wear which would be very hard to upgrade! -
