M38 gasmask canister named San. Gfr. Steinwender
Textbook long M38 asmask canister with periodically attached straps. The canister itself is nicely marked ebu 44 which indicates production by Eckhardt & Co., Fabrikerzeugung von Auto-gen u. Sohn AG, Braunschweig. The left side has the letters LGM periodically painted in red, these are most likely initials of the owner. The Dienstglas does not feature a Strichplatte which was rather normal for these late war produced types. The leather carrying strap is original to the binoculars and have the rare textbook tan painted studs, sadly the strap is broken.

ET71 single decal M38 paratrooper helmet in FJR6 camouflage pattern
Stunning and textbook M38 paratrooper or Fallschirmjäger helmet in the tell-tale sawdust two-tone camouflage pattern as used with the 6. Falschirmjäger Regiment. The helmet is marked ET71 indicating production by Eisenhuttenwerke Thale with its factory placed size 60 liner with period attached chinstraps and its original bolts. The helmet was factory finished in feldgrau with a single decal which can still be seen underneath the paint. The helmet was camouflaged between April and June 1944 together with most of the regiments helmet which were all camouflaged in one batch. The helmet retains 90% of its wartime applied factory paint. The helmets liner is named to the partly readable Hau****** Flint and is marked Russland, Normandie and Holland indicating the original wearer of the helmet was a veteran of these campaigns. The 6. Fallschirmjäger Regiment was one of the most well known German paratrooper units during the war being stationed as a defensive force in Normandy prior to the invasion, fighting the 101st Airborne division, to retreat through Carentan, fighting around Geel, along Hells Highway during Market Garden, Woensdrecht and Hoogerheide and the Parachute drop during the Ardennes offensive. The helmet was originally found in the Netherlands and is a textbook and excellent example of a FJR6 camouflage helmet that would be very hard to upgrade and I wouldn’t mind to keep for my personal collection!

The garment features a POA volunteer shield on the right upper arm which was worn by Russian volunteers in the Russian liberation army or Русская освободительная армия. The collar tabs and the shoulderboards are a wartime modification to the garment, as is the sleeve shield the award loops and the EK2 ribbon. The breast eagle is a flatwire privately purchased example that was sewn in place of the BeVo breast eagle.

Y-straps manufactured from British webbing in Litzmannstadt
These Y-straps are made in the Ghetto of Lodz, Poland which the Germans renamed into “Litzmannstadt”. They are made using parts of captured British equipment items. These British equipment items where left in 1940 when the British Expeditionary Force evacuated to the United Kingdom. The Germans sent these for recycling and a lot of work was put in disassembling every British equipment piece and recycling the individual parts into German army equipment. This Y-strap is a beautiful example of the equipment that was made in Litzmannstadt.
The Y-strap is in stone mint condition and shows a lot of interesting British features and details into the construction. Sadly the Y-strap is missing the back strap and is incomplete but it still is a beautiful Litzmannstadt produced Y-strap in further mint condition. This piece would be perfect for restoration or can be displayed on a mannequin as is!

Waffen-SS M42 plane tree 3/4 camouflage smock marked 933
A stunning original Waffen-SS hand screened plane tree 3/4 smock or Tarnjacke in very good, untouched condition. The smock is nicely marked 933 on the left pocket flap. The smock is in very good, lightly worn and untouched(!) condition. The smock is a typical M42 type 1 smock with straight pockets. The pockets are lined with field grey Drillich material with overprint pocket flaps. The pocket is lined with hand screened plane tree. The garment is typically sewn on the sides with a double needle seam and the rest finished with a single needle machine. The rayon drawstring is original to the piece and woven through machine sewn eyelets. All of the foliage loops are fully intact except for one corner which is loose. The sleeves are finished with hand screened 3/4 plane tree. The elastic on the sleeves and waist is functional and has never been removed or replaced. The elastic is tunneled in hand screened plane tree and has never been opened. The smock has few tears at the armpits but is in overall good condition. The camouflage print is strong and full of contrast and the colours vibrant. The print on this smock is always with a very slight green tone, this is not due to fading but a colour scheme we can see with all 3/4 overprint material. The 3/4 plane tree camouflage smock is hard to find compared to other plane tree variants. This untouched combat smock would be a prime piece in any camouflage collection and would be very hard to upgrade.

Rare EU Deactivated MP38 by Erma dated 1940
Excellent and textbook EU-Deactivated MP38 submachine gun. This example is a typical, early 1940 dated example marked 27 indicating production by Erma, B. Geipel, G.m.b.H. Waffenfabrik Erfurt. The MP38 is textbook in all parts; from the machined upper receiver to the cast aluminum lower to the early smooth magazine. The MP38 comes with the second pattern retracting handle which was a mandatory change on all MP38’s made on 25.7.1942. The MP38 is not fully number matching but is a rare beast as is. The MP38 was never refinished and is in its original, as found condition; besides it being deactivated ofcourse. The mp38 is deactivated with the barrel, bolt and trigger welded solid without moving parts other then the functional folding stock. The MP38 comes with a Dutch deactivation certificate. This is a very rare piece, that would be hard to upgrade. Of 14.000 MP38’s being produced in 1940, this is one of the very few that is left and would make a great addition to any collection!
Pickup is preferred, shipping within the Netherlands at cost of quality packaging and shipping at your own risk. I will not and can not ship this outside the EU.

Wehrmacht issue Winter fur vest or Pelzjacke
original winter fur vest (Body-warmer) or Pelzjacke in strong used condition. These Pelzjacke were very popular by many members of the Heer and the Waffen-SS on the eastern front. The winter fur vest or Pelzjacke comes in a good size which would fit almost every modern mannequin. Notice that there are no repairs present on this jacket, everything is as it is when it left the factory. Most likely made out of multiples pieces of left over fabric. Nice original and interesting example!

First pattern Fallschirmjäger six cell MP38 magazine pouch
Extremely rare textbook first pattern six cell MP38 magazine pouch in light used condition. This rare first pattern pouch was made prior to 1940 and thereby intended specifically for the MP38! Interesting and typical for the first pattern construction of these pouches is the white webbing ammunition belt material used for the belt loops. The pouch is extremely scarce to find, especially in this good, undamaged condition. These pouches are typically seen in usage by Fallschirmjäger’s along with the 3 cell variant of these first pattern pouches. For sure the rarest type of MP38 magazine pouch I have ever had the pleasure to offer and which would be completely impossible to upgrade!
-

Private purchase NCO/CO gloves
Original set of period privately purchased gloves which were highly in demand by officers. These gloves are constructed out of a very thin but warm type of leather which would make it easy to use your hands even when wearing the gloves. For sure one of the best A-frame I have ever seen and had the pleasure to offer, that would be very hard to be upgraded!
