    Excellent and rare first world war period Adrian helmet with period attached insignia for Engineers straight from the Woodwork in SaintLô, Normandy. This helmet survived not one but two wars and was found with 5 other helmets in a farm in SaintLô by myself, 5.6.2021. Excellent example in original blue paint overpainted in a green camouflage paint with original liner and chinstrap. The Engineer helmets of this Adrian range of helmets is one of the rarest branches to find and this example has never been in a collection before!

    Gorgeous early M38 gasmask with 1939 dated tall canister. The set is complete with both its short and long carrying straps, Klarscheiben, cleaning spring and cloth and its rubberized gascape pouch! The mask itself is a green canvas variant with green painted aluminium hardware. All parts both on the straps and mask are brass or aluminium which all indicate early production. Textbook early set which would be very hard to upgrade!

  • First pattern Y-strap E.G. Leuner 1940

    Hard to find 1940 dated Y-straps by E.G. Leuner Bautzen. The Y-strap is easily displayed on a mannequin. The strap is also marked 06356 and a name Kroll. The Feldpostnummer 06356 indicates Infanterie-Regiment 46 which saw action in Poland, the Netherlands, Belgium and France. 1940 dated Y-straps are extremely rare!

    Rare German made holster for the P.37(u) Femaru. The holster is constructed from a mix of webbing and leather. These holsters are sometimes referred to as being tropical issue as these first came at the same time with the webbing equipment. The holster is in very good condition and nicely marked cdc 41 indicating production by Kern, Klager u. Co., Lederwaren, Berlin. The holster was also used and worn with the P.27(t).

    A nice fur issued Heer fur hat in mint condition. Nicely marked RB-Nr. 0/0035/0095 1943 and size 58 which is a large size for the time period. The cap is in good condition and the fur still retains most of its hairs. Can’t be upgraded!

    A very nice 1943 pioneer saw with Presstoff scabbard marked kkd 1942. The saw has a nice wooden handle which is pretty rare as they are usually always broken or missing! The saw is nicely marked also. A nice original pioneer saw with its original cover complete with bayonet loop.

  • Tan MG34 barrel carrier

    When firing the MG34 and MG42 continuously the German soldiers where presented with a harsh and difficult task: changing the barrel. The MG34 and MG42 where both made with a quick-change barrel and to help in the changing of the barrel these gloves where invented and issued. These gloves where issued with the accessories of the MG34 and MG42. It is simply used by placing the hand under the strap and using the pad to cover your hand when you grab the hot, sometimes even glowing barrel. The barrel is then placed in the Laufschützer or barrel carrier to cool down and a cool new barrel is inserted. According to regulations, the barrel had to be changed after 150 rounds fired continuously. Every MG team had one or two spare barrels in spare barrel carriers with their field equipment. The MG34 barrel carrier is in very good condition with 90% of the original tan colour remaining. The carrier was once overpainted in blue grey over the original tan factory paint. The carrier is nicely marked beq 1943 indicating production by Framo-Werke G.m.b.H., Hainichen/Sachsen. The carrier is complete with its original LUX marked strap and in very good condition. One of the rarest spares to find for the MG34!
