    A one looker original three-tone Normandy camouflage helmet in very good, used condition. The helmet retains up to 85% of its original camouflage paint. The helmet retains its original liner with original chinstrap. The helmet is named to Fr. Ulrich. The portion of the camouflage that covers the decal has been cleaned. The helmet is a nice example of a textbook “Normandy” camouflage helmet with good strong colours.

    Most possibly the nicest M42 mantel I’ve ever owned. The mantel is in a nice large size and made in 1942. The mantel is in stunning condition and the only downside is that it has one minor moth hole. Very hard to upgrade!

    A nice original M42 helmet marked hkp66 indicating production by Sächsische Emaillier und Stanzwerke A.G. The helmet has a large size 58 liner. The liner and the chinstrap have been treated with leather fat some time ago. Other then that the helmet still retains its factory textured paint up to 99%.  It would make a very nice helmet for a late war mannequin!

    A near mint M31 canteen marked OHW 38 indicating production by Otto Honsel-Werke, Aluminiumwerk, Werdohl. The cloth has a few moth nips but is in really good condition considering its age!

  • Rare carbon overprint zeltbahn

    A very rare “Carbon Overprint” zeltbahn in very used condition. The zeltbahn still retains its nice and vibrant colours. It has two small repairs an is missing one grommet. It’s complete with most if not all the originally sewn buttons. After the capitulation of the Italian army in 1943 their camouflage printing rollers and uniform/equipment stocks where captured and brought back to Germany. It was then that the first Zeltbahnen of captured Italian camouflage material (Telo Mimetico) where produced. Also some experiments where done combining Telo Mimetico with Splittertarnmuster. This is known to collectors as carbon overprint and consists of a base of the brown base colour Telo Mimetico printed in carbon ink overprinted with Splittertarnmuster. This is a extremely rare variation intended to camouflage against infrared light.

    A nice late war Leuchtpistole 42 or LP42 flare pistol. Nicely marked wa indicating production by Waffenfabrik Hugo Schneider AG, Leipzig. The pistol still retains the original red brown grips, wartime finish on the metal and has not been refinished or reissued postwar. The serial is 118609. Very nice example!

    A stunning original M40 Waffen-SS Mantel or overcoat in mint condition. The mantel is not to be confused with the Heer/Army type; this cut of Mantel is different in shape, cut, marking and is specifically made for the Waffen-SS. The eagle has been restored to the sleeve, other then that its a nice untouched mint condition Waffen-SS M40 Mantel. The mantel is marked 525 which is a specific waffen-ss producer. These overcoats are very scarce!

  • Rare MP44 pouch marked jwa 44

    A rare original MP44 pouch in combat used, as found condition. This pouch is marked jwa 44 indicating production by Moritz Stecher, Lederwerk, Freiburg. Even during the war these mag pouches where scarce and veteran accounts often note that they received just one magazine and often no pouch.
    The pouch is to be worn on the right side and can easily be combined with a holster or mapcase. The holster was found in a abandoned house in Liepaja which is located in the area known as Kurland. This pouch has never been in a collection before and would make a great addition to a combat mannequin!

    Rare to find the short strap of this type with a nice late wire hook. The long EBD straps are often encountered but the short ones are hard to find. Complete with the retaining stud. The rubber is in good supple condition.

  • Rare bakelite 6×30 Dienstglas CXN

    One of the rarest bits of German army equipment. A stunning pair of 6×30 Dienstglas binoculars marked CXN indicating production by Emil Busch. The binoculars have clear lenses without scratches. The binoculars still retain all of their bakelite without any serious defects. One of the oculars can be removed from the mount. The binoculars are nicely adjustable. They lack the Strichplatte and the sight is slightly double, but clear! They are fitted with a adjustable strap that is affixable to two sets of bales on the reverse of the main body. I have added two pictures of these type of binoculars in use. Bakelite binoculars can be seen on the left hand side of the picture worn by the Unterscharführer in Kampfgruppe Knittel at the Kaiserbaracke crossroads.

  • Stunning double decal M35 Kriegsmarine helmet

    This helmet was found about a month ago when my friend was demolishing a building in Norway. To put it in his words literally ” I tore down the attic and this thing came rolling out “.
     
    The helmet is a ET64 with lot number 3670. The helmet features its original Kriegsmarine decals, of which one was painted over. The helmet was spray painted in a grey paint, inside and out. The helmet still retains its original liner with the name Seckel. Inside the helmet, under the leather the dome stamp still retains visible and there is another name, in pencil inside the dome. The chinstrap is original to the helmet and is Kriegsmarine marked too. The KM decal has the thin black border around the eagle and the swastika and was masked during the grey repaint. The decal has a strong, deep golden tint as would be expected of a KM helmet.

    A very nice aluminum early MG34 ammunition box. The box has been camouflaged in a nice light tan paint. The closing latch of the box is a wartime repair done by the Waffenmeister. The box retains up to 85% of its original wartime applied camouflage paint.

  • Complete pre war EM34 Carl Zeiss Range Finder

    A complete pre war EM34 or Entfernungsmesser 34 in complete condition. These where issued with all sorts of artillery pieces and machine guns. They where used to zero in these heavy weapons to shoot accurately on long distances. The range finder comes complete with all the accessories it should have and is expected to be issued with. All carrying straps, slings, covers and even the adjustment tool are there. The optics are clear and give a nice 11 times magnification. The set is still in this pristine condition because it after the war it was reissued and kept in a Norwegian army depot. It has always been stored well! The set is complete with tripod and cover, range finder and cover and the Justierlatte and its rare to find cover. It is hard to find a complete range finder as they are often incomplete.

    A very nice M31 canteen in unissued condition. Nicely marked emk 42 which is a uncommon marking indicating production by  Aluminiumwerke Göttingen, GmbH. Hard to find maker of canteen!

  • Late war wooden verbandkasten

    Later in the war the German vehicle first aid kit or “Verbandkasten” was made out of wood in stead of steel. Most of these don’t have a label on the inside and are executed in field gray paint. This one is in very good condition with over 90% of the period paint remaining. The spray painted letters on the front are very aesthetically pleasing and would nicely compliment a medical display!

    A nice original Waffen-SS belt buckle marked RZM 155/40 ᛋᛋ indicating production by Assmann & Sohne, Lüdenscheid. The buckle is marked next to the catch which was only done for a short period in 1940. The buckle is in really good condition with most of the original paint remaining!
