Early SA dagger by Carl Wüsthof, Solingen
Stunning SA dagger marked Carl Wüsthof Solingen. The dagger is a early numbered exampled with matching serials R84/ 18435. The blade is in great, unsharpened condition marked Alles für Deutschland. The scabbard is a in good condition and is a typical example for this maker. The ring is factory welded to the scabbard. The tip of the scabbard is slightly dented. Normally these early Carl Wüsthof made examples have a anodized finish which sometimes wore down very fast. This factory finish, at some point, was painted over which is typical for these daggers. The paint however does show age and crazing. The grip is in good condition with original insignia embedded firmly but with a few chips in the wood. Excellent SA dagger in great condition, hard to upgrade for sure!

Y-straps manufactured from British webbing in Wirtschaftsamt Litzmannstadt
These Y-straps are made in the Ghetto of Lodz, Poland which the Germans renamed into “Litzmannstadt”. They are made using parts of captured British equipment items. These British equipment items where left in 1940 when the British Expeditionary Force evacuated to the United Kingdom. The Germans sent these for recycling and a lot of work was put in disassembling every British equipment piece and recycling the individual parts into German army equipment. This Y-strap is a beautiful example of the equipment that was made in Litzmannstadt. The Y-strap is in stone mint condition and shows a lot of interesting British features and details into the construction. This is by far the best Litzmannstadt Y-strap I have ever seen and had the pleasure to offer and is impossible to upgrade!
