  • Rare(!) Bakelite Berker flashlight with morse code

    Excellent and very rare Bakelite (phenolic resin) Berker produced flashlight. The flashlight is sadly missing one of the red coloured Bakelite pressing buttons to open the flashlight and the blue filter knob on front. The hinge has been fortified with some solder to prevent it from breaking, its unclear when this was done! Used but beautiful and extremely rare Bakelite Berker flashlight/torch. In my opinion the rarest flashlight used by the German armed forces during the second world war! The flashlight is obviously used but is still one of the best flashlights I have ever had the pleasure to offer!

    Textbook late war 1944 dated gasmask canister in very good condition. The canister is a typical but very interesting, last ditch example without the spring inside the lid, a simplified catch on the closing mechanism and the rubber seal inside of the lid. The canister is made by mkq which is still an unidentified manufacturer. The canister is complete with its straps including the typical short late war ebd 44 marked strap with rubberized reinforcement. Great canister in very good condition!

    Excellent urea resin salt container/dispenser executed in the rare all-white colour. These are believed to be especially designed for use in tropical climates. This example is nicely marked (on all 3 parts) 1W/K, K indicates the usage of the material urea resin (certain type of bakelite), 1W indicates manufacturer Julius Posselt, Gablonz an der Neisse, Reichsgau Sudetenland which can also be encountered as gfc on different coloured canteen cups! Excellent example in undamaged condition which would be impossible to upgrade!

    Textbook late war manufactured M31 Zeltbahn in Splittertarn camouflage. The Zeltbahn is in very good condition and still retains most if not all of its original factory applied buttons. The Zeltbahn retains a beautiful bright colour scheme with a light base colour which is offend seen at 1943-1945 dated Zeltbahns. This example is nicely ink stamped RBNr. Excellent example!

    Wooden 7,92 ammunition case for armour piercing rounds. These wooden boxes contained 300 S.M.E.Spitzgeschoss mit Eisenkern or armour piercing rounds for the K98 and MG34 u. MG42. These were carried in different cases as to not mix them with regular ammunition. Scarce wooden box in good as found condition!

  • Pre war matching M31 canteen marked CFL 38

    Very nice pre war manufactured M31 canteen with nice brown straps. The canteen is in perfect factory matching condition. The cover has some small moth damages and the leather straps are dry but can be opened and closed with care! All of the parts are nicely marked CFL 38 which indicates production by Carl Feldhaus Aluminium-und Metallwerke, Lüdenscheid in 1938. Excellent pre war canteen with aesthetic brown straps!

    Nice Luftwaffe issued wrist compass or Armkompass 39 (AK39). The compass is in good and working condition with its often missing original strap. The base material of the compass is in good, clear condition.

    Original 1943 dated M1 carbine hip holster. This holster was designed so the wearer could wear the M1 carbine on the hip. Only produced in small numbers it was never put in large scale production. This holster was only produced in 1943 by JQMD. The holster is in mint unissued condition!

  • Rare late war Riveted Y-strap marked RBNr. 0/0576/003

    A nice original Y-strap marked RBNr. 0/0576/003. This Y-strap is a rare latewar “riveted” variant. On multiple places rivets are used in stead of stitches. Another interesting feature is the angle on which the auxiliary D-rings on top are sewn. These are typical features for this maker but sadly the RBnr. can not be traced. A name “Vollmer” was written underneath the auxiliary strap. A very rare late war Y-strap!

  • Kriegsmarine leather protective trousers

    A nice Kriegsmarine issued leather trousers. The trousers are nicely dated September 2nd 1942. These trousers where also worn by Panzer units such as the 12th SS Panzerdivision Hitlerjugend; The regiment had to thank its commander, Max Wünsche, for the leather clothing. He understood the value of such gear and it saved the lives of quite a few men. The 12th SS, Volume one. Hubert Meyer, 1994.

    A blue camouflaged Luftwaffe gasmask canister named to Gefreiter Pleith. The strap on the mask is marked: 0563 LDS. SCH. ZG. 4/VI Gefr. Pleith. This is probably the inscription on his Erkennungsmarke. The container retains it blue Luftwaffe paint up to 95%. It is very hard to find a Luftwaffe blue gasmask in this condition!

    A minty bayonet marked 43 cul indicating production by E.Pack & Sohn. The bayonet has never been sharpened or reblued. The bayonet is matching to its scabbard with the serial 3589  and has nice red bakelite grips. The bayonet is in really good, near mint condition!

    A nice matching bayonet marked 42 asw indicating production by E. & F. Horster & Co. Solingen. The blade has not been sharpened retaining up to 95% of its original blueing. The tip is slightly damaged; please see the detailed close up. The bayonet is matching to its scabbard with the serial 2497 and has nice clean bakelite grips.

    Mint US M1 bayonet marked OL 1943 indicating production by Oneida, Limited. Out of millions produced M1 bayonets, Oneida produced only 60.000 pieces.

  • Traditional Finnish Puukko knife dated 1942

    Excellent large traditional Finnish Puukko knife made by Martini Rovaniemi in 1942. The blade reads Sotamuisto indicating its a war souvenir. The arctic birch handle has been decorated with a blue enamel badge that was often obtained from the Soldatenheim and or Sotilaskoti. These knives where very popular amongst German troops fighting in Finland on the Nordfront. Many wartime images of soldiers serving in 6. SS Gebirgsjäger Division ‘Nord’ can be seen wearing these typical Finnish knives. In Finland, receiving a puukko as a gift is considered an honour, the idea being that the presenter is giving the recipient a tool which is essential for both woodworking and preparing food and as a weapon and that the presenter takes into account the well-being of the recipient. The Puukko in question is a very large variant roughly the size of a K98 bayonet.

    Textbook M31 Heer Splittertarn Zeltbahn which still retains very nice strong and vivid colours. The Zeltbahn is nicely marked Textilwerke Karl Anton Henschel Kassel. The Zeltbahn retains most if not all of the originally applied zinc buttons.

    A very nice example of a Waffen-SS shoulderstrap for a Scharführer der Infanterie. The shoulderstrap is a nice late war manufacture with white rayon piping and original applied Unteroffizierstresse. The shoulderstrap is a single and has some moth damages but is in an overall great condition.

    Beautiful set of gas warning flags in their original Pressstoff pouch, the pouch is nicely marked gmn 1941 which is still not clear which maker this indicates! The carrying strap is made out of typical blueish webbing. Nice set which would be perfect for display!

    Textbook late war gasmask canister with matching late war gasmask. The Canister retains its original straps and spare lenses. The gasmask is a late war black rubber variant with blue painted hardware.

    A nice and usable 5 liter Trinkwasser water carrier in stunning condition. The canister is marked SMM 41 which indicates production by Süddeutsche Metallwarenfabrik, Mussbach. These carriers where first introduced around 1941 probably due to the hot climate in Italy and Africa. These are becoming hard to find and are a good and secure way to take drinking water to the front. This one still has most of its original paint and stencils and is in very good condition!

    Nice original M38 gasmask together with its original canister marked Prestag 1941. The mask itself is a nice green canvas variant and the canister comes with its original periodically attached straps. The canister and mask both are in amazing condition and make a great close to mint set! The top of the canister features an ink stamp RLM which most likely indicates Reichsluftfahrtministerium, the ministry of aviation of German between 1936 and 1945. It is a excellent and beautiful example that would be hard to upgrade!
