Paul Norman Dumas Paul Norman Dumas from Tulsa, Oklahoma wrote on October 23, 2024 at 2:10 am
W. L. Dumas was my grandfather! He was a remarkable man! He raised himself. He hitchhiked out of Texas, was picked by a Native American couple around Talequah, Oklahoma. He married Maude Henson and had three children. My father, James Walter Dumas, my aunt Martha Lou Berky and my uncle, Robert Lee Dumas. He was the proprietor of the Miami Tin Shop. He held several patents, one for a pecan nutcracker and the little metal devices that were used to wrap around stems of flowers to be stuck in foam.
