I have a ww2 German helmet marked ET 64 om the side of the inside and pretty sure it says 2617 in the inside back. But as one of your items with this lot number is a Luftwaffe helmet I'm confused because I have the standard eagle with swastika on the side. (On the lining it reads 57 in the center in a circle. Guess that's the size) Any ideas about whats going on with this helmet? 🙂

Hi Fredric , i have one of thease Belt buckles . I found it in a field in the 1980's in North Devon . Place called Hatherleigh . Was currious what regiment it was ? Parratroopers ? Its in the house somewhere lol . Would like to donate it to Imperial War Museum when i can find it . Thank you for any info , it really is original .Ive not seen it for a while , but the picture is as close as i can remember . Thanks .

Hi, nice site! One thing I have to add: The name in the M40 – NS64 is not Saüter, nobody in germany is named so, it's Sauter, some people write the u with a - over it, but this don'tt mean ü.
