Heer issue field cutlery fork marked GK&F 41

Excellentlfork which is part of the Wehrmacht field cutlery set which were issued to enlisted men, NCO’s and officers. The fork is nicely marked GK&F 41 which indicates production by Gebr. kugel & Fink, Lüdenscheid in 1941. As is the case with almost all parts of the field cutlery sets this fork is marked with a clearly visible eagle which clarifies it’s Eigentum der Wehrmacht. The maker Gebr. Kugel & Fink, Lüdenscheid is mainly known for their production of belt buckles but they produced a lot more than just belt buckles! Perfect as a spare or to complete a field cutlery set!
