    Nice early pre M31 model canteen cup in very good condition. The cup is the small high aluminium variant which was issued with the canteens prior to the M31 pattern. These were also produced at the same time as the M31 pattern canteen, in that case mostly for political (HJ, SA Etc.) use. The cup is nicely marked DMN 36 which indicates production by Deutsche Metallwerke AG, Neustadt in 1936. This example is nicely marked with 1/4L which indicates how much it could contain. Nice example!

    Very nice and rare 1934 dated M31 (Aluminium) messkit or Kochgeschirr in good, used condition. The messkit is nicely marked HRE 34 which indicates production by Heinrich Ritter, Esslingen in 1934. It is virtually seen hard to find issued and combat used messkits in matching condition, let alone a 1934 dated example! The messkit has the name; “Ziegler” scratched into it. Extremely are and collectable matching 1934 dated messkit in combat used condition!

    Rare original most probably Flemish made steel Hitlerjugend belt buckle in unissued condition. The buckle is a typical, Flemish made example with the tell tale silver paint with soldered catch and a typical non-RZM quality overall. There is discussion about the manufacturer of these buckles but the design and finish of these buckles is typical for the Flemish production for me. These buckles where recently found in the former Hitlerjugend recruitment office in Brugge, Belgium. Of a small number of buckles found I have the opportunity to offer you several examples. There will not be a restock of these buckles as the source is empty.

    Rare, untouched US Navy M1 fixed bale helmet with period navy markings. The shell is a typical McCord produced example with factory sewn chinstraps. The helmet has period applied Navy markings BOS’N, indicating boatswain. The bo’s’n, bos’n, or bosun, also known as a deck boss, or a qualified member of the deck department, is the most senior rate of the deck department and is responsible for the components of a ship’s hull. The boatswain supervises the other members of the ship’s deck department, and typically is not a watchstander, except on vessels with small crews. Additional duties vary depending upon ship, crew, and circumstances. Rare original US Navy helmet with period markings in untouched condition!

    Textbook German Cross in Gold or Deutschez Kreuz in Gold in its original Etui. The cross is marked 20 indicating production by Zimmermann. The cross is the early, ‘heavy’ variant without damages or alterations. It comes with the textbook case for the Deutsches Kreuz in Gold recognisable by the golden pinstriping around the case. A excellent and hard to upgrade set.

  • German Cross in Silver – Heavy C.F. Zimmermann

    Textbook Silver German Cross or Deutsches Kreuz in Silber manufactured by C.F. Zimmermann, Pforzheim. This is a very early Deutsches Kreuz in Silver by Zimmermann, marked without any maker’s identification beneath the pin or clasp known as a ‘heavy’ variant. It remains in superb condition, exhibiting minimal wear on the swastika and wreath. The reverse side displays a typical patina, and the cross is entirely untouched, retaining its original state. This early example is of great interest due to its characteristic Zimmermann components, such as the directly soldered catch, faint indications of the typical 11 o’clock flaw, and a distinct date design. It was acquired by a British soldier and is part of his wartime souvenirs, including his identification tags. Most of the weighty early DKiS examples are usually attributed to Godet or Deschler. This variant is exceptionally rare and of exceptionally high quality, making it a true premium item!

The canteen comes in a typical late war configuration with a black bakelite cup marked 4M/S. Textbook late war example!

    Nice mismatched M31 / M42 canteen in overall very good condition. The flask itself, the cup and the cover are all from different manufacturers. The flask itself is a aluminium M31 marked ESB 42 which indicates Eduard Sommerfeld, Berlin in 1942, the cup is a steel M42 marked SMM 44 which indicates production by Süddeutsche Metallwarenfabrik, Mussbach in 1944, the cover is marked MN 42. The set comes with webbing straps and the complete set looks really nice together, it is unclear when the set was put together like it is now. One female pressstud is missing! Nice mismatched example which would be perfect for a mannequin!

    A nice late war set of original rifle grenade pouches in very good, unissued and undamaged condition. These pouches where issued to carry the heavy rifle grenades and the special rifle grenade blanks to shoot these. These bags are finished in blue canvas with riveted canvas parts. The inside of these pouches feature small sections in which the rifle grenade cartridges where kept. The pouches are marked underneath the flap but it is hard to tell what the stamp says exactly.

The garment is marked VA 1939 indicating Verfügungs Abteilung and the production date. The garment has a period sewn shoulderboard for a SS-Mann. The collar tabs and armband have been removed post war. The garment is a nice medium size without damages to the wool as far as I can tell. The garment is a rare, pre war and iconic black SS garment that would be hard to upgrade.
